Processing Time
Orders ship within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed. We’ll send you your tracking or freight details once your order ships.
How We Ship
Pallets and truckloads ship by LTL freight. Most deliveries arrive in about 3–7 business days after pickup, depending on your location.
Smaller orders, like mystery boxes, may ship by USPS and usually arrive in 2–4 business days.
Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay. Freight costs depend on the pallet’s weight, the number of pallets, and whether you need liftgate or residential delivery.
Liftgate and Residential Delivery
If you don’t have a loading dock or forklift, choose liftgate delivery. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground. Liftgate and residential delivery may add to the freight cost.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Check your pallet before signing the delivery receipt. If the wrap is torn or the pallet is damaged, write “damaged” on the receipt and take photos before the driver leaves. Then contact us within 3 days. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Local Pickup in Houston
Local pickup is available in Houston, Texas by appointment. Choose local pickup at checkout, and we’ll contact you to schedule a time and share the pickup address. Please bring a vehicle or trailer that can safely carry a pallet.

We ship to all 48 contiguous US states. We deliver regularly to Phoenix, AZ and Miami, FL, and throughout Texas.
